ESREF 2015 Registration Fees

¹ Student fee is only applicable to students accompanying an academic member.

² Enterprise badges do not give access to Wednesday gala dinner. They can be flexibly used by half day based on pre-registration managed by the concerned enterprise.

³ Possibility for French SMEs (≤250 persons) to get this group registration rate via CAPTRONIC. Contact Sébastien SALAS (salas@captronic.fr) for more information. Closing date: September 21.

⁴ One gala dinner ticket is provided for each regular or student registration

 ON-LINE REGISTRATION

Full regular registration fees include the access to ESREF Regular sessions, Tutorials, Workshops and to the Industrial Exhibition as well as related material. They also include the welcome cocktail on Monday, October 5, lunches and coffee breaks from October 6 to October 8, gala dinner on Wednesday, October 7. Free public transportation tickets will also be provided.

Important : do not check the "CNRS employee" box (even if you are a CNRS employee)

Information for Authors:

Authors are not exempted from registration fees.

Any presenting author (oral or poster) cannot register as an exhibitor badge and must pay regular registration fee.

Any communication must end up in a unique registration. In the case you are co-author of several accepted papers, please check that one different author is registered per paper.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at registration@esref2015.org before August 30, 2015 (except authors registration), the registration fee will be fully refunded less a handling fee of EURO 60,00. After August 30, 2015 no refund will be made. Electronic proceedings will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.
