ESREF Awards

Based on an exchange agreement with the committees of the International Symposium on the Physical & Failure Analysis of Integrated Circuits Conference (IPFA 2015), the International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS 2015) and the International Symposium for Testing and Failure Analysis (ISTFA 2014), authors of awarded papers have been invited to present their work at ESREF 2015. These exchanges prove the fruitful collaboration between the Committees of these three conferences.

ESREF 2014 Best Paper Awards

Similarly, three ESREF2014 best papers have been invited to present their work at ISTFA 2015, IPFA 2015 and IRPS 2015. 

ESREF 2015 Best Paper Awards

This year, a limited number of papers will be pre-selected according to their abstract reviewing scoring to compete for the best paper awards.

During the conference, the Best Paper Award committee chaired by Matthias PETZOLD from Fraunhofer Institute for Mechanics of Materials IWM (Germany) will award three outstanding oral papers.

Two of them should focus on FA topics for a presentation at IPFA or ISTFA 2016 and the third one on reliability and failure mechanisms for a presentation at IRPS 2016.

ESREF 2015 Best Poster Award

ESREF participants will be invited to nominate the best posters of each session.
Out of the 12 best posters in session, the award committee, chaired by David Trémouilles,
will select the best poster of ESREF 2015 symposium.
A price will be awarded to the winner.
